Agreement to Terms

Expressive Arts Collective offers various classes, workshops, events, and programs (collectively, "Programs"). By registering for any Program, you agree to:

  3. Attend scheduled sessions or notify us of absences according to our policies

  4. Abide by the specific rules and guidelines for each Program

  5. Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants

Registration and Payment

Program registration may require advance payment. All fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site.

Fees are generally non-refundable except as provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. If we cancel a Program, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future Programs[22][28].

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. User-Initiated Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us at least [7-14 days] prior to the Program start date to be eligible for a refund (minus any administrative fees). Cancellations made less than [7-14 days] before the start date are non-refundable.

  2. Company-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel a Program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another Program of equal value.

  3. No-Shows: Failure to attend a Program without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

  4. Weather or Emergency Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or emergency situations, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

Refunds will be processed within [14-30 days] of approval and returned to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property Rights
