Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) ("you", "your", or "user") and Expressive Arts Collective ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") concerning your access to and use of the expressiveartscollective.com website as well as any related applications, services, or platforms (collectively, the "Site")[20][25].

Classes, Workshops, and Events
Expressive Arts Collective offers various classes, workshops, events, and programs (collectively, "Programs"). By registering for any Program, you agree to:
Provide accurate registration information
Pay all applicable fees in full and on time
Attend scheduled sessions or notify us of absences according to our policies
Abide by the specific rules and guidelines for each Program
Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants
Registration and Payment
Program registration may require advance payment. All fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site.
Fees are generally non-refundable except as provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. If we cancel a Program, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future Programs[22][28].
Cancellation and Refund Policy
User-Initiated Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us at least [7-14 days] prior to the Program start date to be eligible for a refund (minus any administrative fees). Cancellations made less than [7-14 days] before the start date are non-refundable.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel a Program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another Program of equal value.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a Program without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
Weather or Emergency Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or emergency situations, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
Refunds will be processed within [14-30 days] of approval and returned to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, software, data compilations, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Expressive Arts Collective or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws[24][25][27].
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include any right to:
